We treat decay, restore damaged teeth, and perform artistic composite restorations. Painless, guaranteed, and with materials built to last.
Book an appointmentTreating caries is the most common dental procedure, but "dental treatment" is a much broader concept: it covers restoration of severely damaged teeth, artistic rebuilding of shape and colour, management of hypersensitivity, and prevention of recurrent decay. At iDent we approach every tooth individually, always aiming to preserve as much natural tissue as possible.
Our therapists make injections virtually painless — a topical anaesthetic gel is applied before the needle, and the solution is delivered slowly via a computer-controlled system. Most patients say they did not feel the injection at all. If dental anxiety has kept you away — this clinic will change your mind.
The doctor examines the teeth with an intraoral mirror and probe. If deep decay or canal involvement is suspected, we take an X-ray or a 3D CT scan.
Topical gel followed by a computer-controlled injection. Once numb, the doctor removes all infected tissue — you feel nothing but gentle pressure.
The tooth is isolated with a rubber dam — a latex barrier that keeps the field dry. The composite filling is placed in incremental layers and light-cured at each stage.
The filling is polished to a natural sheen and the bite is verified. The restoration will not be high and will not interfere with chewing. You leave with aftercare instructions.
We use only modern nano-composites and hybrid composites from leading manufacturers: they have a natural lustre, do not yellow, and withstand chewing forces for years. Every shade is selected individually — using a shade guide in natural daylight — so the result looks completely organic.
Artistic restoration — rebuilding the shape, size, and colour of a front tooth without crowns or veneers. In one or two visits we can give a tooth its natural appearance back after trauma, chipping, or congenital asymmetry. This method preserves the maximum amount of natural tooth structure and is more conservative than veneers.
A straightforward cavity is treated in a single visit lasting 40–60 minutes. Deep caries requiring a therapeutic liner to stimulate dentine regeneration may need two visits. Artistic restoration of a front tooth takes 60–90 minutes depending on complexity.
Post-operative sensitivity is a normal tissue response that typically resolves within 3–7 days. If the pain is severe, throbbing, or lasts more than a week, contact us — this may indicate the need for root canal treatment. We are always available and are happy to advise free of charge.
Artistic restoration is the direct rebuilding of a tooth using composite material — no impressions, no laboratory work. It requires no tooth reduction and is fully reversible. A veneer is a thin ceramic shell bonded to the tooth after minimal enamel preparation. Veneers are more durable and stain-resistant but are a more costly, irreversible option.
Modern nano-composite fillings last 7–10 years or more with proper care. Longevity depends on cavity size, occlusal load, and oral hygiene. To maximise the life of a filling, we recommend professional hygiene and a check-up every 6 months.
