Safe, atraumatic tooth extraction of any complexity — from a simple removal to an impacted wisdom tooth. We do everything possible to ensure minimum discomfort and maximum care.
Book a consultationOral surgery is one of the core disciplines at iDent clinic. Patients often delay procedures out of fear of pain, but modern anaesthesia techniques and microsurgical instruments have changed the game entirely. Most extractions are performed under computer-controlled local anaesthesia: you feel no pain during the procedure or in the first hours afterwards.
Before any surgical intervention, the dentist performs 3D diagnostics using our in-house PaX-i3D Smart CT scanner. This allows precise assessment of root position, proximity to nerves and the sinus — enabling a fully planned extraction with no surprises.
The dentist examines the tooth and, if necessary, takes a periapical or panoramic X-ray or a full 3D CT scan. Based on the PaX-i3D Smart data, a precise surgical plan is established.
We first apply a topical anaesthetic gel so the injection is not felt. A next-generation local anaesthetic is then administered. You feel only light pressure — nothing more.
The dentist performs an atraumatic extraction with minimal stress on the bone and surrounding tissues. Complex cases — wisdom teeth, impacted or curved roots — are handled with microsurgical instruments.
After the extraction you receive detailed instructions for socket care. Your dentist remains available and schedules a follow-up visit if needed.
We give special attention to complex cases: impacted wisdom teeth, teeth with curved or fused roots, extractions in the presence of active infection. Thanks to the CT scanner, your dentist sees the full anatomical picture in advance and selects the optimal approach. No "unexpected findings mid-procedure" — the plan is agreed with you before we begin.
After extraction, we recommend considering dental implants to restore your smile. An implantologist consultation at our clinic is complimentary.
No. We use topical gel and next-generation computer-controlled local anaesthesia — the injection is imperceptible, and during the extraction you feel only pressure. Sedation is available for highly anxious patients.
Initial soft-tissue healing occurs within 7–10 days. Full bone regeneration takes several months. Your dentist will give precise guidance based on your individual case.
For simple cases a periapical X-ray is sufficient. For wisdom teeth, impacted roots, or teeth near nerves and sinuses, 3D CT imaging is mandatory. It protects both you and the clinician from complications.
Mild discomfort in the first 1–2 days is normal. We prescribe pain relief and provide aftercare instructions. If pain intensifies after day 3, call us — the dentist will see you the same day.
