Turnkey tooth restoration — from 3D diagnostics to the final crown. Painless, with a written guarantee and a single doctor guiding you through every stage.
Book a consultationDental implants are today's gold standard for replacing missing teeth. Unlike removable dentures or bridges, an implant is placed directly into the jawbone and acts as an artificial tooth root. The result is a crown that looks and feels indistinguishable from a natural tooth.
At iDent we handle the entire implant process in-house — from the initial consultation to fitting the permanent crown. One doctor accompanies you at every stage, and our on-site PaX-i3D Smart 3D CT scanner lets us plan each procedure to the millimetre before treatment begins.
The doctor examines your mouth and takes a 3D scan on the PaX-i3D Smart CT. You receive a precise treatment plan with fixed prices before any clinical work begins.
The implant is placed under painless computer-controlled anaesthesia. The procedure takes 30–60 minutes. Where needed, bone grafting or sinus lifting can be performed at the same appointment.
The implant fuses with the bone over 2–6 months. Your doctor monitors healing at check-up visits while you go about your everyday life.
Once integration is confirmed, we attach the abutment and fit a zirconia or ceramic crown. The finished result is virtually indistinguishable from a natural tooth.
We use the PaX-i3D Smart 3D CT for surgical planning — a 20-second scan produces a full volumetric image of the jaw showing bone density, nerve canals, and blood vessels. This lets us determine the optimal implant position and angle before the operation.
We work with implants from leading manufacturers that have scientifically confirmed survival rates above 98%. Crown materials — zirconia dioxide and pressed ceramic — do not discolour, cause no metallic taste, and offer aesthetics that metal-ceramic simply cannot match.
No. The procedure is carried out under next-generation computer-controlled anaesthesia — you feel no pain during or immediately after surgery. Most patients describe the sensation as mild pressure. Some moderate discomfort for 1–2 days after the procedure is normal and easily managed with standard over-the-counter pain relief.
From implant placement to fitting the final crown usually takes 3–6 months — the time needed for osseointegration. The surgical procedure itself takes 30–60 minutes. In selected cases we can perform immediate loading and fit a temporary crown on the same day.
Implants are recommended once jaw development is complete — typically from age 18–20. There is no upper age limit: we successfully treat patients in their 70s and beyond. The key factors are bone quality and general health, not age.
If bone volume is insufficient to hold an implant securely, we perform bone grafting or a sinus lift. These procedures can often be done at the same appointment as implant placement. The PaX-i3D Smart CT allows us to assess bone volume precisely before treatment begins.
