This distributes masticatory load more evenly, reduces bending forces on the prosthesis and provides greater long-term durability.
The protocol is particularly well suited to patients with a wide jaw, high bite forces, or those seeking the most reliable outcome with the lowest risk of long-term complications. Planning is performed on the PaX-i3D Smart 3D CT scanner: the surgeon sees the precise bone anatomy before surgery and calculates each implant position individually.

3D diagnostics and surgical planning
A 3D CT scan on the PaX-i3D Smart reveals precise bone volume, cortical layer thickness and anatomical landmarks. The surgeon plans the placement of all six implants digitally before making the first incision, significantly improving accuracy and safety.

Surgical phase
Surgery is performed under local anaesthesia or sedation. Remaining teeth are extracted and six implants are placed according to the digital template. Six fixation points provide primary stability sufficient for immediate prosthetic loading.

Temporary prosthesis on the same day
After surgery we take impressions or a digital scan and fit a temporary fixed acrylic prosthesis the same day. You leave the clinic with a full smile and can eat soft food the following day.

Definitive prosthesis and warranty
After osseointegration at 3–5 months, the permanent prosthesis is fabricated — zirconia, metal-ceramic or a hybrid construction depending on patient preference. A written warranty is provided on all work.
