Examination and diagnostics
The dentist checks the teeth and assesses the extent of decay. An X-ray may be taken to evaluate the tooth precisely and check the status of developing permanent teeth.

Painless treatment
We use topical numbing gel followed by a gentle injection — the child feels nothing. Decayed tissue is removed and a filling is placed, often in a fun colour to keep it cheerful.

Prevention and advice
We teach the child how to brush properly and, where indicated, apply fluoride and seal fissures to prevent new cavities from forming.
