Ultra-thin ceramic shells conceal chips, gaps, discolouration and uneven teeth in just 2–3 visits. The result looks natural and stays that way for years. First consultation is free.
Book a consultationVeneers are thin (0.3–0.7 mm) ceramic shells bonded to the front surface of the smile-zone teeth. They allow a dramatic improvement in the appearance of teeth without resorting to crowns: they conceal discolouration, chips, gaps between teeth, minor crowding and worn edges. It is the most popular way to achieve a straight, brilliantly white smile that is resistant to coffee, tea and the passage of time.
At iDent we create veneers using a fully digital workflow: an intraoral scanner captures a precise impression of both arches, and the dental laboratory fabricates the restorations with your facial shape, skin tone and personal preferences in mind. Before any preparation begins you can preview a wax mockup of your future smile and approve every detail.
The clinician assesses your teeth and bite and discusses your expectations. A digital impression and photographic records are taken to plan your future smile.
Based on the digital impression we model the shape of your future veneers and show you the result before any preparation. You see exactly how the smile will look and can make changes.
The clinician conservatively removes a thin layer of enamel equal to the veneer thickness and takes a final digital impression. Temporary veneers are placed while the permanent ones are fabricated.
The laboratory delivers the ceramic restorations, the clinician verifies the fit and shade, then bonds the veneers with a specialised adhesive. Your new smile is complete.
Ceramic veneers typically last 10–15 years or more with proper care. They do not change colour, are resistant to staining foods and retain their gloss for years. Maintaining veneers requires no special effort beyond your usual routine: twice-daily brushing, an oral irrigator and a check-up every six months.
No. Preparation for veneers is minimal — only a thin layer of enamel equal to the veneer thickness (0.3–0.7 mm) is removed. This is far more conservative than crown preparation and is performed under anaesthesia.
It depends on your smile zone. Most commonly 6–10 veneers on the upper arch. Your clinician will determine the exact number at the consultation after assessing your smile line.
Yes. We create a digital smile mockup before any preparation, so you can see the future shape and request adjustments before any work begins.
